- Promote and encourage investment of American companies established in Colombia.
- Promote issues of interest for CEA’s membership to the Colombian Government and the Congress.
- Assure that our members receive the same level of respect, recognition of their rights and opportunities as all investors in the country.
- Collaborate with the U.S. EMBASSY in the development and achievement of CEA’s objectives as well as of U.S. interests in Colombia.
- Maintain bonds with Colombian and U.S. security authorities for the development and execution of the affiliated companies’ security programs.
- Effectively contribute to the improvement of Colombia’s image with the U.S. Government and U.S. Industry
- Keep CEA members informed on issues of interest and provide opportune guidance to American investors interested in expanding in Colombia.
- Promote and maintain good relationships with American and Colombian business associations and work with them on common issues of interest.
- Promote and organize seminars and international and local meetings on topics of interest to CEA’s members.
- Promote and support the protection of Colombia’s environment.
