General Assembly

The General Assembly is the primary governing body of the Association. It is made up of all of the CEA’s active members, who meet, deliberate and vote in the annual meeting that is held in April.

The General Assembly appoints the members of the Board of Directors and sets out the guidelines for the fulfillment of the Council’s objectives. The General Assembly also reviews the Board of Directors, President and Executive Director’s work; it also has the right to modify the statutes and determines the general direction that the organization should take in the future.
